SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Wattala, Sri Lanka. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@shopglobal.lk
We endeavor to process orders within 5-7 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

Please note that due to the prevailing situation of the country and fuel crisis your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of public holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. LOST PARCELS
Shopglobal.lk offers tracking for all orders but cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel.
